Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Supervisor (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team, including hiring, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and oversee quality control procedures
- Prepare and analyze detailed reports on Intake metrics and collaborate with the sales team to facilitate patient admissions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School graduate
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum Experience: 2 years in management
- Preferred Experience: Experience in Healthcare preferred
- Supervises: Intake Lead, Intake Representative
