Arizona Licensed IT Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Arizona Licensed IT Manager will drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives, focusing on Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and DevOps practices to enhance operational efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise automation strategy, establishing the Automation COE for standards and best practices
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code practices and develop standardized modules for infrastructure provisioning
• Champion DevOps practices by designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and integrating security checks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in information systems and infrastructure
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with prior supervisory experience managing multiple direct reports
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, including Azure, OCI, AWS, or GCP
