Job Summary

Leading high-impact technology projects, the full-time Arizona Licensed IT Project Manager will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of critical solutions that enhance APS systems and services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment and results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project progress and address challenges
• Develop and maintain comprehensive execution plans that balance scope, schedule, cost, and risk

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least twelve years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, including software applications, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
• Proven experience in developing and updating project plans for IT projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams
