Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the firm's IT and security strategy, ensuring alignment with growth and compliance needs
• Lead the IT support team and design a scalable corporate IT infrastructure
• Manage incident response processes and identify operational and security risks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or security leadership
• Experience building or leading IT and security functions in growing organizations
• Strong expertise in identity and access management and endpoint security
• Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments
• Ability to lead both strategically and hands-on when necessary
