Job Summary
To support a growing boutique plaintiff-side employment litigation practice, the fully remote Arizona Licensed Labor Attorney will manage employment litigation matters, draft legal documents, and represent clients during mediations and negotiations while maintaining regular communication throughout the case lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employment litigation matters from case evaluation through resolution, including trial when necessary
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
- Represent clients during mediations and settlement negotiations while developing litigation strategy
Required qualifications
- Active Arizona Bar license in good standing is required
- Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of plaintiff-side labor and employment litigation experience
- Experience handling wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment matters
- Strong background in motion practice, including drafting and arguing substantive motions
- Trial experience is strongly preferred
