Job Summary
To support a growing boutique plaintiff-side employment litigation practice, the fully remote Arizona Licensed Labor Attorney will manage employment litigation matters from case evaluation through resolution, including drafting legal documents and representing clients in mediations and hearings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employment litigation matters from case evaluation through resolution, including trial when necessary
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
- Represent clients during mediations and settlement negotiations while maintaining regular communication throughout the case
Required qualifications
- Active Arizona Bar license in good standing is required
- Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of plaintiff-side labor and employment litigation experience
- Experience handling wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment matters
- Strong background in motion practice, including drafting and arguing substantive motions
- Trial experience is strongly preferred
