Job Summary
To support the launch of behavioral health services in Arizona, a contract Arizona Licensed LCSW/LMFT will participate in payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities while working remotely on a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes and maintain credentialing documentation
- Engage in meetings related to network expansion and conduct user research interviews to understand the Arizona healthcare landscape
- Identify and facilitate introductions to local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
- Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers
- Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred
- Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements
- Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models
