Job Summary
To ensure quality service delivery, the full-time Arizona Licensed LGBTQ+ Crisis Specialist will provide direct counseling and supervision of clinical staff while working remotely, coordinating day-to-day operations and implementing program improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Answer chats and texts promptly, assessing clinical needs and ensuring quality assurance of services
- Complete thorough clinical documentation and monitor client follow-ups, including those on a 72-Hour Suicide Watch
- Supervise remote clinical staff and provide training, while maintaining compliance with agency policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field
- Preferred crisis experience and supervisory experience
- Experience in program development is preferred
- Must be an Arizona resident
