Job Summary

Evaluating insurance applicants, the full-time Arizona Licensed Life Underwriter will work remotely to assess risk factors, determine application outcomes, and contribute to the company's growth and market position.

Key responsibilities

• Review upfront underwriting data and tools to assess risk selection
• Finalize cases by determining value, ordering, and reviewing additional underwriting requirements
• Data entry of medical history and processing cases using system workbenches

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Life Insurance Underwriting experience with proven proficiency
• Ability to handle advanced decision level authorities without a co-signature (1 Million or higher)
• Completion of LOMA 280/281 and 290/291; actively working toward AALU, FLMI, and FALU
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for relationship building
• Critical thinking skills with attention to detail for risk assessment
