Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Listing Support Processor (Temporary) in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support multiple markets throughout the selling process, coordinating with licensed listing coordinators
• Schedule and coordinate critical listing activities, including photoshoots and open houses
• Liaise with service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of listing materials

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a high-volume workflow
• Interest or exposure to the real estate industry
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
