Job Summary

A company is looking for a Listing Support Processor (Temporary) in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple markets throughout the selling process by coordinating with licensed listing coordinators
• Schedule and manage critical listing activities, including photoshoots and open houses
• Liaise with service providers to ensure timely delivery of listing materials and visual assets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a high-volume workflow
• Interest in or exposure to the real estate industry
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools
