Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-time K-3 Literacy Effectiveness Coach to support school leaders and educators in improving early literacy practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school leaders and teachers to enhance instructional coherence in literacy
• Coach educators on utilizing high-quality instructional materials for effective literacy instruction
• Facilitate professional learning sessions to build educator capacity in early literacy instruction

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of K-3 classroom experience with a proven track record of improving student outcomes
• Familiarity with the science of reading and evidence-based literacy practices for multilingual learners
• Experience in supporting the implementation of high-quality instructional materials in literacy
• Strong relationship-building skills with educators and school leaders
• Experience in coaching, facilitation, and professional development
