Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases from inception to completion, including pre-litigation matters
• Research and prepare legal analysis on risks, exposure, and strategies
• Attend court hearings, mediation, and settlement conferences, both remotely and in person

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate
• Active license to practice law in Arizona
• Postgraduate degree (Doctoral)
• Experience in managing legal budgets and strategies
• Ability to conduct discovery and draft legal pleadings
