Job Summary

Seeking an Arizona Licensed Litigation Attorney for a fully remote position who will manage a full caseload from early case evaluation through resolution or trial, handle depositions and court appearances, and work directly with clients and insurance carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload from early case evaluation through resolution or trial
• Handle depositions, motions, court appearances, and case strategy
• Collaborate with partners and support staff as needed while maintaining strong case management practices

Required qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license (in good standing)
• 2-7 years of litigation experience
• Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish
• Comfortable meeting a billable target (approx. 1950 hours annually)
