Arizona Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing boutique litigation firm, the fully remote Arizona Licensed Litigation Attorney will manage a caseload of plaintiff-side employment litigation matters, evaluate potential claims, and collaborate with a dedicated team while maintaining high-quality legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and respond to written discovery, pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings
• Conduct legal research and prepare cases for mediation, settlement discussions, and trial

Required qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff labor and employment
• Strong experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with Clio and Microsoft OneDrive is preferred
