Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer (AZ Applicant).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete the origination processing of loan applications and ensure adherence to underwriting standards
• Collect necessary documentation from borrowers and submit complete loan packages to processing
• Analyze credit reports, determine appropriate loan products, and communicate fees to the operations team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least two years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
• Active NMLS License
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office software
