Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to discuss mortgage options and guide them through the loan process
• Develop a deep understanding of mortgage products and stay updated with industry trends
• Ensure accurate documentation for loan applications and collaborate with underwriting and processing teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Previous experience as a loan officer or in a mortgage-related role
• NMLS certification is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 lbs
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer
