Job Summary
Building and maintaining client relationships, the full-time Arizona Licensed Loan Officer will guide homebuyers through the mortgage process, leveraging their expertise in mortgage origination while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and clients to drive referrals and business growth
- Consult with clients to assess their financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products
- Manage the loan process from application to closing, ensuring exceptional client service throughout
Required qualifications
- Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals
- Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
- Strong time management and strategic thinking skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Minimum of 3 years of successful self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
