Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor III, Specialty Loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and pre-underwrite specialty loans, ensuring compliance with standards
• Act as a liaison between loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and funding
• Monitor loan processing cycle time and resolve issues that may delay closing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred college courses in Business, Finance, or related fields
• Five or more years of experience as a Loan Processor, with specific experience in conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond loans
• Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills for evaluating loan applications
• Experience with internal data entry systems and Microsoft Office programs
