Arizona Licensed Loan Processor

Job Summary

Providing quality customer service in a remote capacity, the full-time Arizona Licensed Loan Processor will manage the documentation process for loan underwriting, ensuring compliance with regulations and communication with customers and Loan Officers.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform thorough reviews of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets prior to underwriting submission
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with various stakeholders to obtain necessary third-party documentation and manage the loan pipeline efficiently

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
• Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
• Strong math and analytical skills
