Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Maternal & Infant Health Initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of maternal and infant health programs and advocacy strategies across the state
  • Engage and mobilize community partners, building strong relationships to advance mission goals
  • Manage coalition relationships and represent the organization in advocacy efforts with policymakers and stakeholders


Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in maternal/child health program planning and implementation, advocacy, or public health programming
  • Experience with results-based accountability models
  • Skilled in community engagement and coalition management, particularly with multicultural communities
  • Master's degree in public health, health advocacy or policy, community health, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to recruit, mobilize, and lead volunteers and partners effectively
