Arizona Licensed MDS Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional MDS Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and training to MDS Coordinators for monitoring resident treatment in nursing homes
• Oversee facilities' PDPM meetings and track the utilization of PDPM tools
• Create clinical reporting systems and conduct monthly workshops on PDPM and CMS regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MDS coordination or a related field
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to MDS and PDPM
• Excellent leadership skills
