Job Summary

To support a growing clinical team, the part-time Arizona Licensed Medical Assistant will manage patient chart preparation, assist during examinations, and maintain laboratory standards while working remotely after an initial onsite training period in Prescott, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively prepare patient charts and ensure all information is current for clinical visits
• Assist nurses and physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures as needed
• Document clinically relevant findings in patient records according to established protocols

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED
• Medical Assistant certificate or completion of a US Armed Forces medical services training program
• Basic Life Support - AHA BLS certification
• Experience with computer programs for patient check-in and scheduling
