Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent in Tempe, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from prospective members and assist with their insurance needs to convert them into qualified leads and sales
- Follow up with members regarding questions and review current or new products and services
- Complete enrollment over the phone while adhering to product requirements and guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- No prior insurance license required; support for obtaining state insurance licenses will be provided
- Completion of UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes is mandatory
- Ability to meet performance goals related to sales and customer experience
- Flexibility to work full-time with rotational weekend shifts
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems for documentation purposes
