Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare & Medicaid Eligibility Specialist, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach for members applying or recertifying for Medicaid programs
• Collaborate with government offices to ensure accurate application and recertification processes
• Secure necessary documentation for Medicaid/MSP renewal applications and meet production goals

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Medicare/Medicaid programs and screening for Medicaid eligibility
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Special Needs Programs (SNP), Low Income Subsidy (LIS), and Medicare Savings Program (MSP)
• 2-3 years of related experience with direct consumer interaction
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
