Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, either virtually or in-person
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Complete timely electronic documentation and manage caseload effectively

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) required
• Residency in Arizona is required for hybrid roles
• Must not be opted out of Medicare
• Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
• Proficiency with EHR systems and digital tools
