Job Summary

To support the mental health needs of seniors, an Arizona Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy in a flexible, remote part-time position, focusing on personalized treatment plans and efficient electronic documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Manage electronic documentation using a streamlined EMR system

Required qualifications

• Completed master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
• Experience working with the geriatric population
• Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus
