Job Summary
To support the expansion into Arizona, the part-time Arizona Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of 15-22 telehealth sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Required qualifications
- Active Arizona license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Experience with children, teens, and families, or a strong interest in this population
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
