Arizona Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job Summary
To provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, the part-time Arizona Licensed Mental Health Therapist will maintain a caseload of 7-20 clients per week while utilizing various therapeutic modalities and collaborating with other mental health professionals as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver remote therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Utilize data to drive treatment effectiveness and adjust therapeutic approaches based on client progress
Required qualifications
- Active license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Arizona
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adult clients (18+) and at least six months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9, for tracking client progress
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with a commitment to ongoing training and documentation requirements
