Job Summary
To support the establishment of a new clinical presence in Arizona, the part-time Arizona Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-informed behavioral healthcare to children, teens, and families through secure telehealth, with flexibility in scheduling and opportunities for growth within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide individual and family therapy while maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver culturally responsive care
Required qualifications
- Active Arizona license: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families or a strong interest in this population
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred
