Arizona Licensed Molecular Pathologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Molecular Pathologist to analyze and interpret complex laboratory tests related to oncologic and molecular pathology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pathologic examination and evaluate specimens for testing
• Interpret immunohistochemical, in-situ hybridization, and molecular tests
• Participate in Quality Assurance programs and train pathology assistants or residents

Required Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. with AP or AP/CP Board certification
• Board Certification in Molecular Genetic Pathology
• At least two years of experience interpreting molecular tests
• Eligibility for licensure in Arizona and other states
• Ability to learn internal software programs and use diagnostic equipment
