Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mortgage Associate to support customer experiences in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the loan process
• Coordinate documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Support marketing initiatives and assist Mortgage Consultants to enhance productivity

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred
• Current NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in mortgage or financial services
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulatory standards
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and experience with CRM software
