Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Commercial Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and close commercial real estate loans across multiple asset classes
• Maintain and grow borrower and investor relationships
• Partner with CEO and internal teams to manage leads and close transactions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of commercial mortgage origination experience; preference for senior brokers with 10+ years
• Established borrower and referral network
• Proven annual production of $25M+ (required)
• Ability to structure and close transactions across a variety of CRE asset types
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment
