Key Responsibilities

• Produce, collect, and organize closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with team members and business partners to schedule timely closings
• Utilize various computer programs for document production and task management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2 to 5 years of direct closing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs, as well as RESPA
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks
