Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to work remotely and assist clients in securing loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the mortgage application process
• Evaluate and analyze loan applications and financial documents
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a mortgage loan officer or in a related field
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with various loan products including FNMA, FHLMC, VA, FHA, USDA, and Non-QM
• Ability to work remotely from a home office
• Full-time availability
