Arizona Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will sell Non-QM and other mortgage products, advise customers on mortgage options, and manage the loan process while adhering to company guidelines and regulations, with a hybrid work schedule based in Chandler, AZ.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect for new business through outbound calls and inbound inquiries, identifying self-sourced customers
- Manage the loan process in compliance with legal and company guidelines, ensuring expedient file flow with operations staff
- Explain various loan products to customers and provide high-level customer service throughout the loan process
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Two or more years of experience in mortgage lending preferred, specifically with Non-QM products
- Must possess a current Mortgage Loan Originator License through NMLS
- Safe Act/MLO certification required
