Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor III to manage complex residential loan files from contract through closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review new loan files for compliance and notify team members of any additional documentation needed
• Manage a pipeline of 20+ loans, ensuring timely processing and resolution of issues
• Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and ensure all closing documentation is obtained and reviewed promptly

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in processing residential mortgage loans
• Extensive experience with FHA, VA, and USDA loans required
• Proven experience working with multiple investors and their guidelines
• Proficiency with a mortgage loan origination system; experience with Encompass preferred
