Job Summary
Detail-driven and experienced, the full-time Arizona Licensed Mortgage Processor will manage complex residential loan files from contract through closing in a remote setting, ensuring compliance and efficient processing while collaborating with Loan Originators, Underwriters, and Closers.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process new loan files, ensuring compliance and timely documentation requests
- Manage a pipeline of 20+ loans, calculating and analyzing income for various borrower types in accordance with guidelines
- Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and ensure all required closing documentation is obtained and reviewed promptly
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience processing residential mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, and USDA loans
- Proficiency with a mortgage loan origination system; experience with Encompass preferred
- Extensive experience navigating multiple investor guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines efficiently
