Arizona Licensed Mortgage Representative

Job Summary

Providing essential licensing, operational, and compliance support for mortgage activities, the full-time Arizona Licensed Mortgage Representative (Non-Producing) will work remotely to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations while assisting with documentation and regulatory responses.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance with federal and state mortgage laws, including the SAFE Act and RESPA
• Maintain licensing records and track renewals through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS)
• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings and documentation for audits and inquiries

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain an approved NMLS MLO license and state-specific licensure
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, operations, or compliance support
• Working knowledge of mortgage lending terminology and federal regulations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Residency in Arizona and provision of a principal place of business in the state
