Arizona Licensed Mortgage Representative

Job Summary

Supporting the Company's licensed mortgage activities remotely, the full-time Arizona Licensed Mortgage Representative will provide operational and compliance assistance, maintain licensing records, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with federal and state mortgage laws, including the SAFE Act and RESPA
• Assist in managing licensing records through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and track license renewals
• Prepare regulatory filings and documentation for compliance audits and inquiries

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, operations, or compliance support
• Ability to obtain and maintain an approved NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license
• Working knowledge of mortgage lending terminology and federal regulations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Residence in Arizona and ability to support branch licensing in the state
