Job Summary
To support a growing nursing program, the full-time Arizona Licensed MSN Faculty will oversee the teaching of 12 MSN Core Courses annually, mentor faculty, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Teach and manage 12 MSN Core Courses per year, ensuring course quality and compliance
- Mentor and train new and existing faculty while participating in course revisions as a subject matter expert
- Conduct quarterly curriculum meetings and address faculty and student concerns effectively
Required qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctorate preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a university setting
- Experience in online teaching for graduate or DNP nursing programs
- Active, unrestricted multistate RN license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
