• Support net medical membership growth and profitability through effective account management strategies
• Collaborate with Advocacy partners to enhance customer and client experiences
• Maintain market knowledge on service trends and develop trusted-advisor relationships with clients

Required Qualifications

• College degree or 5+ years of related experience preferred
• 3+ years in healthcare/managed care business with knowledge of product, underwriting, and account management
• Demonstrated strategic and financial acumen
• Ability to foster strong working relationships in a matrixed environment
• Must obtain necessary licenses
