Job Summary

Leading a remote sales team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Neuropsych Manager will drive the promotion of life-changing treatments for neurological, endocrine, and psychiatric disorders while managing key projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team to exceed sales goals
• Implement sales strategies tailored for psychiatric and neurological markets
• Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and provide performance coaching

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in first-line sales management and successful sales performance
• Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
