Arizona Licensed Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Case Manager with a background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, or Neurology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, non-treatment assessments for individuals with work-related injuries
• Coordinate care plans with physicians, adjusters, and insurance partners
• Provide clear, timely documentation and case updates

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona
• Associate's degree in Nursing or higher
• Strong acute care background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, and/or Neurology
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Case management or workers' compensation experience preferred but not required
