Arizona Licensed Nurse Educator

Job Summary

To support the education of future healthcare leaders, the part-time Arizona Licensed Nurse Educator will teach Advanced Pathophysiology and Pharmacology online, delivering high-quality instruction while maintaining compliance with accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction using innovative teaching methods and current industry technologies
• Facilitate meaningful classroom discussions and assess student learning outcomes
• Model the holistic tenets of the nursing profession and uphold the University's mission and values

Required qualifications

• Master's in Nursing, Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO), Pharmacology Doctorate (PharmD), or Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited university
• Active, unrestricted Arizona or Multi-state RN license and unencumbered APRN certificate
• Current board certification in the area of practice and at least 2 years of professional experience
• Preferred: Doctorate in Nursing (DNP/PhD) or a related health discipline
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, grammar, and APA writing
