Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Nurse Practitioner / Lead Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead for the interdisciplinary care team
• Lead care coordination efforts for complex Medicaid populations
• Practice autonomously with prescribing authority and manage care delivery primarily through telehealth

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner
• Active/clear Nurse Practitioner license to practice in the State of Arizona
• Active/Clear DEA
• 1+ years of experience working in a rehab setting / rehabilitation facility centers
• Strong knowledge in HIPAA compliance as it pertains to telehealth
