Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for their Virtual Care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, prescribe, treat, and educate patients of all ages via phone, telemedicine, or live chat
• Schedule follow-up appointments and provide chat-based support to patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic labs, maintain patient medical histories, and collaborate with the care team

Required Qualifications

• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
• Education: DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program
• Licensed NP or PA with multistate/compact licensure preferred in specific states
• DEA certification required or eligible
• Minimum of two years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or internal medicine; virtual care experience preferred
