Job Summary
To support a growing practice in addiction medicine, the full-time Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work remotely to deliver medication for opioid use disorder, independently managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured care model.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for patients in a fully remote outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care aligned with harm reduction principles
- Maintain a patient-centered practice while working autonomously to support recovery goals
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona or another specified state
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Ability to practice independently without physician supervision in certain states
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and harm reduction principles
- Access to a private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
