Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct clinical evaluations, prescribe and titrate GLP-1 medications for weight management patients, and collaborate with a registered dietitian team, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous telehealth evaluations for new GLP-1 patients, assessing eligibility and treatment goals
• Prescribe and titrate FDA-approved GLP-1 medications under independent prescriptive authority
• Manage follow-up visits, dose titration, and lab reviews through synchronous visits and async chart reviews

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification
• Active licenses in a minimum of 30 U.S. states, with preference for those granting full independent practice authority
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience managing patients with obesity or related conditions
• Comfort in a fully remote clinical environment with proficiency in EHR platforms
• Active NPI and professional liability/malpractice insurance covering telehealth NP encounters
