Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner will independently manage and initiate buprenorphine treatment for patients with opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting.
Key responsibilities
- Independently initiate and manage medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) within a structured team-supported model
- Deliver patient-centered care and support recovery goals through shared decision-making
- Maintain a HIPAA-compliant workspace and ensure adherence to privacy regulations
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona or other specified states
- At least 6 months of experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an independent outpatient setting
- Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
- Private workspace that meets HIPAA compliance
